About J&S
From an early age, Simon Weresch, founder of J&S Property Management, was immersed in his father’s carpentry business, learning skills like carpentry, plumbing, and project management. He later worked in insurance restoration, handling contract negotiations and property restoration.
In 2009, Simon became treasurer, then president, of a Cambridge condo corporation, where his financial efficiency turned deficits into surpluses, inspiring him to launch J&S Property Management in 2014.
Today, J&S manages over $110M in real estate, earning a reputation for revitalizing troubled properties. Our philosophy: manage every property as if it's our own.
